How Delivery Works
Maker-Led Delivery: Every piece you purchase is shipped directly from the artisan who created it. This ensures your unique item is handled with care from their workshop to your home.
Multiple Deliveries: If your order contains items from more than one maker, they will be shipped separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Each delivery is treated as its own shipment.
Shipping Costs & Areas: Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery regions are determined by each individual maker. For specific details, including costs and estimated delivery times, please check the product description on the item's page.
Delivery Fees & Additional Charges: While our makers strive to provide accurate shipping costs upfront, in rare cases where the shipping was undercharged, you may receive an additional invoice. You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund if this occurs and was not stated in the product description.
Order Tracking: Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to you.
Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the maker, you can request a cancellation for a full refund.
